Please read this before you place your order. Here is how your order gets to you, what it costs and how to pay.
By distance
By dispatch rider. The fee depends on your location and is paid to the rider when your order arrives.
Ask us
We send your order to the station you choose. You collect it there.
Free
Collect from Haatso, Accra. We call you when your order is ready.
Our dispatch riders deliver to your door anywhere in Accra. The fee depends on how far you are, and we confirm it with you before delivery.
The delivery fee is not added at checkout. You pay it straight to the rider when your order arrives.
Outside Accra, we send your order by bus to the station you name at checkout. Any fare the bus company charges is paid when you collect your parcel.
We will call you with the details you need to collect it.
For hygiene reasons we cannot take back skincare or body care once it has left our hands. If you are unsure about a product, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will help you choose.
If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, the fault is ours and we will make it right. Contact us on WhatsApp at 024 776 6408 within 24 hours of receiving it, with your order number and a photo of the item.
We will replace the item, or refund you if a replacement is not available.
